Even though the submission period is over, we want to continue sharing some of the great ideas that have been submitted like this one from Megan Dart and Matt Schuurman:

Using a ferris wheel restaurant from the World Expo in Milan and iconic ferris wheels around the world as inspiration, Megan and Matt want to build a Food Truck Ferris Wheel dining experience using the beautiful River Valley views as the backdrop. Their idea also allows for diversity in the food served and recognizes Edmonton’s food truck culture, as any food truck can become part of the experience.
